Senior Product Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with clients and internal teams, the full-time Senior Product Consultant will recommend and configure solutions, ensure alignment with security best practices, and manage project tasks to drive customer satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on-time and on-budget collaborative engagements that enhance customer adoption and satisfaction
• Plan and manage project tasks, decisions, and escalations to meet customer objectives and success criteria
• Build strong relationships with customer administrators, acting as a trusted consultant on leveraging the CLM platform

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with a Master's degree in a related field
• Experience working directly with businesses to understand their needs and applying technology solutions
• 4+ years of consulting experience in implementation and solution architecture within Software or SaaS industries
• Familiarity with document and content management or workflow systems
• Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on time
