Senior Product Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with clients and internal teams, the full-time Senior Product Consultant will recommend and configure solutions, ensuring alignment with security best practices while managing project tasks and stakeholder communication remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on-time and on-budget collaborative engagements that enhance customer satisfaction and drive adoption
• Plan, organize, and manage project tasks, decisions, and escalations to meet long-term customer objectives
• Build strong relationships with customer admins, acting as a trusted consultant on leveraging the CLM platform

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience working directly with businesses to understand needs and apply technology solutions
• 4+ years of experience in consulting and solution architecture development in Software or SaaS industries
• Experience implementing workflow/BPM software and understanding document management systems
• Proven track record of delivering projects within budget
