Job Summary
To enhance healthcare payer solutions, the full-time Senior Product Consultant - Facets will partner with clients in a hybrid work environment, leading consulting engagements to optimize Facets configurations across claims, membership, and provider domains.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, analyzing business processes and translating requirements into optimized Facets solutions
- Conduct requirement discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture needs related to claims, membership, and eligibility
- Design and recommend scalable Facets configurations to improve operational efficiency and claims adjudication accuracy
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product consulting or related roles within the healthcare payer industry
- Advanced knowledge of the Facets data model and strong hands-on experience with Facets Claims
- Deep expertise in Facets Membership and Provider functionality
- Experience gathering requirements and conducting impact assessments for Facets solutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and industry regulations
