Senior Product Design Contractor

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Product Design Contractor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, craft user experiences, and leverage AI tools while committing to a project-based role for 30 hours per week over a duration of 5 to 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to make strategic decisions and ship meaningful product updates
• Craft experiences that communicate membership value and scale across different markets
• Leverage AI tools and front-end code to explore and advance design work

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products across iOS, Android, and web
• Proven track record of taking ideas from concept to release and analyzing post-launch performance
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
• Strong design systems thinking and ability to provide design direction to cross-functional teams
• Expertise in visual, interaction, and motion design with strong branding and illustration skills
