Senior Product Design Strategist
Job Summary
Operating remotely, the full-time Senior Product Design Strategist will lead the development of innovative product experiences by framing complex problems, setting strategic direction, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Transform ambiguous business opportunities into clear, evidence-backed product requirements and user journey maps
- Define strategic direction by synthesizing research, data, and stakeholder input to prioritize product initiatives
- Communicate compelling visions and roadmaps to executive and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, design, or research with a proven track record of leading complex projects
- 3-5 years of experience defining and launching new products from ambiguous problem spaces
- Expertise in at least two specialist areas (design, product management, strategy, research, or operations) with fluency across others
- Strong proficiency in prototyping and familiarity with modern AI-assisted design tools
- Experience collaborating with clinical, legal, or regulatory teams in a health or regulated domain
