Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning core product surfaces from concept to working prototype, the remote full-time Senior Product Designer will create and test interactive designs, improve the design system, and collaborate closely with the Head of Product and Design Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine core product surfaces, including booking flows and scheduling primitives
• Build and test interactive prototypes using various tools to address design questions effectively
• Continuously enhance the design system by auditing existing components and integrating new patterns

Required qualifications

• Senior-level product design experience with ownership of complex product areas from inception to launch
• Proficiency in building interactive prototypes independently using HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React
• Experience in maintaining and developing design systems, understanding the difference between components and primitives
• Strong knowledge of web standards, accessibility (WCAG, ARIA), and the architecture of design
• Collaborative mindset with a high trust, high autonomy approach to work
