Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To support the Payments Design System for a big-tech client, the full-time Senior Product Designer will develop design guidelines, create design system components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish detailed design guidelines to support external and partner teams
• Create robust and usable design system components that meet product needs across various devices
• Collaborate closely with feature designers to align stakeholders on design decisions and provide guidance throughout the design process

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product design or UX
• At least 2 years of experience working directly with design systems
• Expert proficiency in Figma, with a strong understanding of its strengths and limitations
• Proven experience contributing to mature design systems, including component design and documentation
• Working knowledge of design tokens and experience designing across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, and Android)
