Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading design strategy and execution in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Product Designer will own the design system, perform senior-level product and UX design work, and supervise Cadmium's product design team while proactively identifying user experience opportunities across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the direction of Cadmium's design system and guide teams in its adoption across product codebases
• Engage with customers and internal teams to identify user experience gaps and prioritize design initiatives
• Supervise and develop the product design team, including managing workloads and conducting performance reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Several years of professional product/UX design experience for web and mobile applications, ideally in B2B or workflow-oriented software
• Demonstrated ownership of a design system in a prior organization
• Prior people-management experience, ideally including performance management
• Track record of working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering on strategy
