Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the solution space for product challenges, the full-time Senior Product Designer will enhance both the Core and Checkout Experiences by delivering high-quality design solutions that improve user interactions for providers and patients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the solution space by exploring, pressure-testing, and delivering optimal design answers for product challenges
• Maintain high craft standards across product flows, iterating based on feedback, data, and user insights
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and ensure quality in product delivery

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product design experience with hands-on ownership of product flows or features
• Strong interaction design skills across multi-step, complex flows
• High visual design quality with attention to detail that builds user trust
• Experience designing transactional or conversion-critical products is a plus
• Collaborative instincts with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
