Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Product Designer will define end-to-end user flows, create user interfaces in Figma, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy for the U.S. Air Force's modernization efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Define end-to-end flows that incorporate information architecture and design principles
• Create user interfaces and evolve existing visual systems based on user feedback
• Conduct generative and evaluative research to inform product and design direction

Required qualifications

• Experience defining scalable interaction flows and implementing design principles
• Proficiency in creating user interfaces and visual design elements using Figma
• Ability to plan and synthesize user research to guide product decisions
• Experience working on cross-functional teams in iterative delivery environments
• Strong facilitation skills to communicate design rationale to diverse stakeholders
