Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product design for the Agent Harness, the full-time Senior Product Designer will focus on creating workflows, interaction designs, and visual designs for AI tools, while also managing a shared design library and elevating design quality across teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design efforts for the Agent Harness, including research, user flows, and visual design
• Manage and maintain a shared design library to ensure high-quality components and guidelines across teams
• Provide direction on undefined problems, helping teams identify key issues and develop concrete solutions

Required qualifications

• Strong generalist portfolio showcasing complex workflow tools and AI product surfaces
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and design tools, with the ability to create working prototypes quickly
• Experience designing for AI-native products, focusing on usability and system behavior
• Ability to provide actionable feedback and establish design standards for surfaces not personally built
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment in managing multiple product areas with minimal oversight
