Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with product, engineering, data, and operations teams, the full-time Senior Product Designer will focus on transforming complex data into intuitive user experiences for internal tooling and agency leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design interaction flows and UI components to facilitate effective actions on key data for brokers and agency leaders
• Translate complex datasets into clear workflows, visualizations, and controls through user research and testing
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ship features and contribute to Spark's design system

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience designing web-based B2B SaaS or internal tools focused on complex workflows and data-rich interfaces
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects, design decision-making, and user research
• Fluency in Figma and experience with AI-assisted design workflows
• Experience contributing to a design system, including components and documentation
• Solid understanding of information architecture for structuring data-heavy experiences
