Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design for the patient search results experience, the full-time Senior Product Designer will focus on creating and iterating on conversion-critical surfaces, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design of the patient search results page, including results tiering and provider cards
• Design and run sustained experiments to improve conversion rates, analyzing results to inform iterations
• Collaborate with research and data teams to understand patient hesitations and design effective solutions

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience designing consumer products with end-to-end ownership of live surfaces
• A portfolio showcasing mature, shipped design work on information-dense products
• Experience iterating on conversion-critical surfaces and discussing successes and failures
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design processes
• Experience with marketplaces, search, or healthcare is a bonus
