Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the product design for the Agent Harness, the full-time Senior Product Designer will focus on end-to-end design processes, including research, interaction design, and visual design, while working remotely to enhance AI agent performance and customer tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for the Agent Harness, including research and interaction design for AI agent configuration tools
• Maintain and enhance the shared design library to ensure high-quality components and guidelines across teams
• Provide direction on ambiguous product areas by identifying core problems and offering concrete solutions for development

Required qualifications

• Strong generalist portfolio demonstrating experience with complex workflow tools and AI product surfaces
• Proficiency in AI-assisted prototyping and design tools, with the ability to quickly create working prototypes
• Experience designing for AI-native products, focusing on user trust and system behavior
• Ability to provide actionable feedback and uphold design standards for surfaces not personally created
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment in scoping work and managing multiple product areas with minimal oversight
