Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing the consumer mobile app experience, the full-time Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for the Earning Experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve existing products and create user-centered solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of consumer experiences, from problem definition to launch and iteration
• Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize existing user journeys and products
• Translate user, advertiser, and business needs into clear, cohesive design solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and visual craft
• Proven experience in consumer-facing mobile product design
• Track record of end-to-end ownership of consumer product experiences
• Experience using research and data to drive design decisions and improvements
• Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams to navigate business and technical constraints
