Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the full-time temporary Senior Product Designer will lead design initiatives, enhance user experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity for approximately six months.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design efforts across multiple streams, partnering with Product Management to refine problem spaces and propose design trade-offs
• Audit existing workflows through user research and product data to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes
• Document and maintain scalable design components within the Figma-based design system, ensuring organized libraries for cross-functional production

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience, preferably in health tech or complex enterprise SaaS applications
• Master-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced component variables and dynamic states
• Experience with design system management and scaling design libraries for enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven prototyping or generative design tools
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile accessibility standards (WCAG) and clinical safety guidelines
