Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To support the central Design team, the full-time Senior Product Designer will drive product vision and direction, design intuitive user experiences for varied audiences, and create coherent interactions across multiple product surfaces in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and direction by partnering with Product and Engineering to define project scope and objectives
• Design and prototype in code to facilitate product decisions and team alignment, collaborating closely with engineers
• Own visual and interaction design across all surfaces, developing a style guide and design system while contributing to reusable patterns

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 6+ years of experience designing interfaces for complex technical domains such as developer tools or AI
• Strong working knowledge of AI and agentic products, with the ability to clarify complex workflows
• Fluency with design tools like Figma and experience using AI tools for design efficiency
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and connecting user needs to business outcomes
• Proven success in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with early-stage products
