Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading design across the member app, the full-time Senior Product Designer will focus on creating thoughtful user experiences for managing chronic conditions, utilizing data to guide design decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design from discovery through implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences
• Design onboarding and habit-building experiences that facilitate member engagement and care task completion
• Utilize data to evaluate product performance and inform design improvements based on member needs

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading design for consumer products or substantial product areas
• Strong understanding of behavior-change design principles and user motivation
• Experience with product metrics and the ability to analyze and communicate outcomes post-launch
• Fluency with modern prototyping tools and a practical understanding of accessibility
• Strong initiative and effective communication skills to navigate incomplete information and drive progress
