Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design for user onboarding, activation, and retention, the full-time Senior Product Designer will work remotely to enhance user experiences and drive growth through experimentation and data-driven design.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end design processes for onboarding, activation, upsells, and churn reduction
• Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to transform user research and data into actionable design hypotheses and experiments
• Redesign critical user journey moments to improve conversion rates and reduce churn

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience as a product designer with a focus on growth, activation, or lifecycle design
• Proven ability to design for experimentation, including A/B testing and iterative design based on quantitative results
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform design decisions
• Experience in the newsletter, media, publishing, or SaaS industries is preferred
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams
