Job Summary
Experienced in user experience design, the full-time Senior Product Designer will create intuitive workflows and user experiences for a remote team, collaborating closely with Product Managers and conducting user research to shape innovative solutions in the commercial real estate industry.
Key responsibilities
- Design user experiences that simplify broker operations and enhance product usability
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product vision and conduct UX research for feature validation
- Mentor a small team of UX and Product Designers while maintaining a high-fidelity interactive prototype for stakeholder alignment
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating design processes
- Experience with SaaS product portfolios and new product introductions
- Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of UX/UI standards for responsive and mobile app design
- Comfortable leading user research activities and design workshops
- Ability to embrace uncertainty and propose innovative ideas
