Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape the future of authentication in education, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design coherent user experiences for complex security products, collaborating across teams and mentoring other designers, while working remotely or onsite in San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design direction for authentication solutions, ensuring a consistent user experience across various access points
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish and maintain design standards across multiple product areas
• Mentor and coach fellow designers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team capabilities

Required qualifications

• Experience designing complex security products related to cybersecurity and identity/authentication
• Proven ability to operate horizontally across multiple teams while setting consistent design direction
• Direct experience in mentoring or coaching designers
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with product and engineering teams
• Comfort with using AI tools to prototype and enhance design processes
