Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing embedded design practice, the remote Senior Product Designer will own and deliver seamless, human-centered digital experiences across app and web, blending strong UX and systems thinking with refined UI craft.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for key product flows, translating complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define problems, shape solutions, and prioritize work while ensuring alignment with design systems and accessibility standards
• Contribute to team culture and mentor junior designers, advocating for user-centered design practices across the team and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing enterprise or transactional systems, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex environments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work and operate with increasing autonomy
