Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To set the craft bar for a new flagship mobile money app, the fully remote Senior Product Designer will manage end-to-end product design, establish a design system, and enhance marketing content while collaborating with engineering and the product team.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess the app and design system on iOS and Android, creating a ranked plan for improvements
• Establish a new design standard in collaboration with engineering, including a component library and interaction guidelines
• Own the brand and marketing design, creating guidelines and content for various platforms while ensuring consistency across the app

Required qualifications

• Proven portfolio showcasing world-class mobile app design with several years of experience in shipped native apps
• Expertise in motion and interaction design, with the ability to create detailed prototypes for engineers
• Senior product design experience with neobanks or consumer mobile apps known for their design excellence
• Demonstrated ability to improve team craft through critique and collaboration
• Experience in brand and marketing work, including identity creation and launch content development
