Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design lifecycle for a defined product area, the full-time Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product management and engineering to create high-quality, production-ready design solutions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the design lifecycle, including research, validation, and iteration for the product area
• Producing and communicating high-quality design work with strong autonomy while considering the holistic user experience
• Leading design reviews, providing actionable feedback, and mentoring junior designers

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a professional product designer with a portfolio showcasing shipped work
• Experience designing complex, stateful software end-to-end with a focus on quality and delivery speed
• High proficiency in Figma, including design systems and managing complex components
• Ability to prototype design ideas through mockups, interactive prototypes, and wireframes
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering on multi-person or cross-team projects
