Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design of reservations and booking systems, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will tackle ambiguous problems, create prototypes, and ensure high visual and interaction quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Transform ambiguous problems into actionable designs and prototypes, considering both guest and restaurant perspectives
• Rapidly build and test prototypes using various tools, running small experiments to refine concepts
• Maintain high standards of visual and interaction design across native mobile and responsive web platforms

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of experience designing consumer products, with a portfolio showcasing shipped work
• Experience in both native and responsive design, including guest-facing and operator-facing applications
• Proficiency with AI prototyping tools and Figma, along with a strong understanding of accessibility
• Solid UX fundamentals and the ability to determine the appropriate design approach for various problems
• Experience with scheduling, availability, transactional, or marketplace flows is a plus
