Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the experience design of the learning platform, the full-time Senior Product Designer will create user flows, manage the design system, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to enhance the educational experience in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, navigation, and information architecture, documenting them as wireframes and specifications for engineers
• Own and maintain CodePath's design system, ensuring consistency across the platform
• Conduct product discovery by engaging with students, staff, and stakeholders to identify needs for platform areas and internal tools

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing web products end-to-end, with a portfolio demonstrating design thinking and process
• Strong skills in information architecture and interaction design, capable of producing clear flows and navigation models
• Experience in running user discovery to determine design needs independently
• Proven experience in building a design system
• Fluency in producing engineer-ready artifacts using Figma or similar tools
