Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design of core features for worker and facility apps, the full-time Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product and engineering teams to define vision, build roadmaps, and create impactful user experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for core features, from research and problem definition to specifications and launch
• Act as the primary experience voice for the team, clarifying ambiguous problems and guiding partners in the vision
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and integrate AI into the design process, ensuring quality at every project stage

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction craft
• Proven ability to take ambiguous problems from definition through launch with minimal oversight
• Fluency in Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools, with experience designing for iOS, Android, and web
• Experience working within and contributing to a design system, collaborating with designers and engineers
• Strong systems thinking and experience conducting user research to inform design decisions
