Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

As the first Senior Product Designer, Design Systems in a full-time remote position, the candidate will take ownership of the design system, leading audits and projects across platforms while collaborating with team members to create innovative solutions that enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the existing design system and lead initiatives to enhance and scale it across various products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and implement high-impact design solutions based on user needs and success criteria
• Document and communicate design recommendations and project plans to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product or design systems roles, with at least 2 years in senior-level positions at notable consumer brands
• Proven track record of building and scaling complex design systems
• Deep knowledge of design tools, particularly Figma, and experience with design-engineering collaboration
• Ability to manage ambiguity and propose innovative design solutions effectively
• Experience integrating AI-driven solutions into design workflows for enhanced efficiency and scalability
