Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end design of core workflows for WanderOS, the full-time salaried Senior Product Designer will create user-friendly interfaces for property managers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design of onboarding, pricing, guest communication, and reporting workflows within WanderOS
- Transform complex operational problems into intuitive interfaces, ensuring every interaction is efficient
- Mentor mid-level designers and maintain the WanderOS design system to support rapid product development
Required qualifications
- 7 to 8+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or operational tools
- Proven end-to-end ownership of complex products or workflows with measurable outcomes
- Strong technical understanding of design implementation, with experience in coding as a bonus
- Deep mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience mentoring designers and evolving design systems
