Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will design end-to-end user experiences for single sign-on, user management flows, and multi-location organization modeling, while collaborating closely with product and engineering managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive experiences for authentication setup and user management, including error and recovery states
• Create platform patterns for other product teams and contribute to the Design System
• Conduct user research and leverage analytics to inform design decisions and improve user flows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing software products, particularly in B2B or platform environments
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping
• Experience designing complex, multi-step user flows that consider edge and error states
• Ability to present design thinking clearly to engineers and leadership
• Experience with identity and access management or multi-tenant products is a plus
