Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading the renter experience across web and mobile platforms, the full-time Senior Product Designer will manage design coherence and quality while prototyping innovative solutions and mentoring fellow designers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design and user experience for web, mobile web, and native iOS and Android applications, ensuring high standards and coherence
• Prototype functional designs using AI tools and collaborate closely with engineering to implement solutions effectively
• Influence product direction by leveraging user research and data, while mentoring other designers through critique and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing digital products with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
• Proven ability to create and ship prototypes using AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code
• Experience in both web and native mobile design, with a mobile-first approach
• Demonstrated impact through the development of frameworks, pattern libraries, or standards adopted by other teams
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including visual design, interaction, and motion design skills
