Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Leading human-centered product design initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Designer will support digital modernization efforts for the Department of Veterans Affairs by conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and translating user needs into actionable design solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery and product research to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and digital tool adoption
- Plan and conduct various user research methods, including interviews and usability testing, to inform design decisions
- Translate validated user needs into product concepts, user flows, and prototypes while ensuring accessibility and usability
Required qualifications
