Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Experienced product designers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Product Designer, responsible for taking new software products and major features from concept to launch, synthesizing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Frame the right problems by synthesizing customer feedback, research, and product data to identify opportunities
- Shape product direction through generating and pressure-testing ideas with prototypes and customer input
- Own the entire design process from concept through launch, ensuring accountability for customer experience
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating the design process and key decisions
- Proven experience in taking a product or substantial feature from initial idea through launch
- Strong interaction and visual design skills, including accessibility and reusable components
- Hands-on prototyping ability in Figma and familiarity with at least one AI coding tool
- Experience working with design systems and collaborating with product and engineering teams
