Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning a core product area, the full-time Senior Product Designer II will frame loosely defined problems and deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences while working remotely across the US and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design efforts from definition through delivery with minimal direction, ensuring alignment on design deliverables
• Utilize evidence-based decision-making to measure impact and connect outcomes to customer benefits and business objectives
• Mentor designers at all levels and maintain accurate project status and risks in collaboration tools

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX or product design with expertise across multiple core disciplines
• Proven track record of leading complex projects with significant autonomy and metric-driven understanding
• Strong prioritization judgment and ability to synthesize competing inputs into a clear design direction
• Fluency in AI tools and design systems, with a focus on creating reusable workflows and skills
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a customer-obsessed mindset grounded in evidence
