Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design process from research to execution, the full-time Senior Product Designer will create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and manage the design system while working remotely to enhance the pet insurance marketplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for new features and experiments across the website
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and design improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to ensure design quality and brand consistency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and shipped UI
• Experience in owning or contributing to a design system
• Proficient in UX writing with the ability to draft clear product copy
• Demonstrated experience in running user research and translating findings into actionable product insights
