Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the Consumer Experience in the BNPL stream, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design user flows from checkout to post-purchase, ensuring simplicity in complex systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end design of the BNPL Consumer Experience, ensuring consistency across all user interactions
• Collaborate with product managers to reframe problems and create designs that enhance business metrics and reduce drop-offs
• Conduct experiments on high-traffic checkout flows and iterate designs based on data and user feedback

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in shipping B2C products across native mobile and web platforms, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership
• Strong understanding of product and systems thinking, including business goals and conversion logic
• High standards in visual and interaction design, with attention to user experience
• Experience utilizing AI tools for prototyping and design processes
• Fluency in English, with strong storytelling skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
