Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Focused on enhancing user acquisition and conversion, the remote Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for landing pages, qualification flows, and onboarding experiences, driving growth strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the user experience across top-of-funnel surfaces, designing landing pages and templates for testing and onboarding
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure design decisions enhance conversion rates without compromising lead quality
- Utilize data-driven experimentation to prototype and implement tests that optimize lead-to-signup conversion rates
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, onboarding flows, and successful conversion projects
- Proficiency in Figma, visual design, interaction design, and responsive design
- Experience working with codebases, GitHub, and AI coding tools for testing and experimentation
- Strong analytical skills using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments alongside engineers and product managers
