Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Product Designer focused on Risk Modeling, the successful candidate will lead end-to-end design processes to create clear and actionable risk management experiences for organizations, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects from problem framing to launch, ensuring clarity in complex risk concepts and workflows
• Design user experiences that facilitate the transition from documenting risks to modeling their future impact
• Establish product patterns for trustworthy risk management, focusing on transparency, auditability, and user engagement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, particularly in B2B SaaS or complex workflows
• Experience designing enterprise products with multiple user types and complex decision-making processes
• Strong systems thinking and experience with data-dense interfaces and information architecture
• A portfolio showcasing shipped work that demonstrates handling of complex workflows and user insights
• Ability to communicate design rationale effectively to cross-functional partners
