Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
To shape the future of account opening for banks and credit unions, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will design intuitive experiences across the MANTL product, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Design scalable user experiences for account opening, ensuring ease and confidence for new users
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define user problems and explore innovative design solutions
- Contribute to and expand the Design System, maintaining quality and efficiency across user touchpoints
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience designing applications with a strong portfolio, preferably in financial tech
- Bachelor's or Master's in graphic design, HCI, UX, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping software, with a preference for Figma
- Experience in shipping products to market and working within a shared design system
- Experience conducting user research and collaborating in cross-functional agile teams
