Job Summary

To shape the future of design in a growing SaaS company, the remote Senior Product Designer will own the design process from problem framing to solution delivery, collaborating with product managers and engineers to create intuitive user experiences while leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping and testing.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the design process from initial problem framing to shipped solutions, ensuring elegant user experiences
• Design high-impact solutions that simplify complex workflows for both field and office teams
• Contribute to the growth of the design system and enhance design operations for consistent user experiences across platforms

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a product designer in a SaaS environment with a proven track record of shipping products
• Strong UX fundamentals including user flows and interaction design, with the ability to simplify complex workflows
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a solid understanding of their implications in product design
• Technical comfort with system integration and the ability to build working prototypes
• A portfolio showcasing thoughtful, outcome-driven design work across various user flows
