Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design process from concept to launch, the full-time Senior Product Designer will work remotely to synthesize customer feedback, shape product features, and create high-fidelity prototypes while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Frame customer problems by synthesizing feedback, research, and product data to identify opportunities
• Generate and pressure-test product ideas, turning them into clear directions using prototypes and customer input
• Own the transition from idea to launch, ensuring accountability for customer experience through release and iterations

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating design process and decision-making
• Proven experience in owning design for a new product or substantial feature from initial idea to launch
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, including accessibility and reusable components
• Hands-on prototyping ability in Figma and at least one AI coding tool (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor)
• Experience with design systems across multiple teams or complex enterprise software
