Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design of marketing tools for restaurants, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consumer-grade experiences that enable restaurant operators to effectively reach guests and run campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of Toast's Marketing Tools, focusing on user experience and AI integration
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to set design direction and measure success
• Redesign mature product lines to enhance usability and effectiveness for restaurant operators

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a product design role with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped work
• Experience in redesigning mature product lines, particularly in B2B or SMB contexts
• Strong systems thinking ability to design coherent experiences across multiple tools and workflows
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI tools for rapid prototyping
• Experience working collaboratively with product managers and engineers in a triad setup
