Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end design for a major area of the platform, the full-time Senior Product Designer will partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance user experiences for families and educators, leveraging AI tools and mentoring other designers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define problems and lead the design process from discovery to implementation for complex workflows
- Collaborate with UX Research and Customer Success to conduct usability tests and inform design decisions
- Contribute to the design system, ensuring accessibility and usability across diverse user needs and devices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile products
- Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design, with proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Experience running usability tests and utilizing research to guide design choices
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in design workflows
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and best practices in inclusive design
