Owning the B2C customer journey within the Tabby app, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design a cohesive experience across multiple financial products, focusing on onboarding, activation, and ongoing customer engagement in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design a unified customer journey across various consumer products to ensure a consistent experience
- Create effective onboarding processes that clearly communicate product value and facilitate initial transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs and maintain product quality throughout delivery
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, particularly with consumer products at scale
- Strong systems thinking ability to manage multiple products within a single customer journey
- Proven capability to simplify complex, fragmented user experiences into cohesive designs
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership, from problem framing to production-ready UI
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and engineers
