Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading the evolution and quality of the design system, the full-time Senior Product Designer will shape user experiences across web and mobile products while collaborating closely with engineering and product management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the design system's components, patterns, documentation, and accessibility standards
• Partner with engineering to ensure alignment between design and coded components, facilitating effective use of the design system
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and create user-centered solutions that meet business goals

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, with at least 3 years leading design systems
• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline
• Proven experience managing a design system and strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG and ADA)
• Advanced skills in Figma, including component design and prototyping
• Experience collaborating with engineering on coded component libraries and a working understanding of HTML and CSS
