Job Summary
Leading the design of enterprise and operations-facing digital products, the full-time Senior Product Designer will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to create intuitive and efficient solutions for rental, fleet management, and mobility operations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead design efforts for enterprise and operations-facing digital products and platforms
- Conduct field and user research to understand workflows, constraints, and opportunities for improvement
- Create UX deliverables including journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio of enterprise-facing digital products
- Proven experience conducting field research with frontline users and operational teams
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles applicable to operational constraints
- Experience designing workflow-heavy systems, dashboards, and enterprise applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Photoshop, as well as AI tools like ChatGPT and UX Pilot
