Job Summary
Collaborating closely with a Senior Staff Product Designer, the full-time Senior Product Designer will focus on enhancing the renter-facing product experience by utilizing AI tools to create and refine user flows, ensuring a high-quality design output in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work on the consumer experience for renters, improving user flows and paths through the product
- Utilize AI tools and design software to rapidly prototype and produce high-craft designs from concept to production
- Support both consumer and partner-facing surfaces, with occasional travel for design sprints as needed
Required qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of product design experience with B2C or consumer digital products
- Proven experience in shipping complete consumer product journeys, not just isolated components
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and Figma MCP
- Exceptional UI and visual design skills, with a strong aesthetic sensibility
- Mastery of Figma, including components, variables, and prototyping
