Job Summary
Passionate about transforming complex logistics operations, the full-time Senior Product Designer will own the design for supply chain systems, creating intuitive experiences for warehouse management and transportation tools while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design intuitive experiences for WMS, TMS, and operational tools used by thousands of warehouse operators daily
- Conduct user research to understand workflows and translate operational complexity into compelling design narratives
- Leverage AI design tools for rapid prototyping and iterate designs based on usability testing and operational feedback
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years focused on complex B2B or operational software
- Deep understanding of designing for professional users in workflow-heavy environments
- Proven ability to conduct field research and usability testing, translating insights into effective design solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and component libraries
- Experience designing for logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management applications is preferred
