Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design intuitive, high-quality experiences for a cross-platform SaaS product with a focus on mobile, utilizing user insights to enhance product-market fit and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Design intuitive, high-quality experiences with a mobile-first mindset while ensuring consistency across web
- Analyze analytics and usage data to understand user patterns and improve activation and retention
- Collaborate with engineers and contribute to overall product strategy and direction
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience designing UX and UI for software, ideally in Prosumer SaaS
- Strong mobile design experience (iOS/Android) with an understanding of platform conventions
- Proven track record of using customer and data insights to drive product decisions
- Experience designing onboarding and activation flows in a subscription-based business
- Ability to work independently from concept to implementation
