Job Summary
Leading design from research through launch, the full-time Senior Product Designer will create intuitive and connected experiences for complex church workflows while collaborating remotely with product managers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own design work end-to-end from discovery through delivery, including user research and interactive prototypes
- Define and shape the future of the platform by designing seamless experiences across various tools
- Lead research planning and usability testing, synthesizing findings to guide product priorities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, particularly with complex SaaS applications
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design informed by user research
- Strong Figma skills, including creating reusable components and interactive prototypes
- Experience planning and executing qualitative user research to influence product roadmaps
- Proven ability to present design decisions and tradeoffs to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
